We will return to our office
with your information and begin to form a plan, creating a design and
proposal. We
may ask you to visit supply yards and/or other jobs that we have done to
finalize all options. Once everything is verbally finalized, you will be
presented with a contract agreement stating all estimated start and
completion dates, deposit required and payment schedule, as well as all
terms and conditions and scope of
work.
All other parties should be contacted prior to this day, such as
Home Owners Associations, Engineers, Architects and so forth. We do not
like surprises and assume that our clients do not either, so we will be
as informative as possible of any and all situations that may arise. We
take pride in believing that we understand what our clients expect from
their Landscape investment. |
