We would like to briefly describe a little about the construction process so you, the client, are more informed about what to expect. We assume that you don't like surprises so we will do our best to make sure there aren't any.

A few things you can expect are:

Stock Piles: We will need places to stock materials during and possibly a day or two before construction. Materials are usually left in a pre-arranged place on your property.

Traffic: There will be constant traffic around your property for various reasons. Delivery trucks will be dropping off materials and we will be hauling away any unwanted debris.

Noise: The necessary equipment usually generates a lot of noise during the construction process. Don't be surprised if you hear a plate compactor, skid steer, or a paver saw at 7:30 in the morning.

Dust and Dirt: We will possibly track mud or dirt onto your driveway which will be cleaned up at the end of construction.

There will also very likely be large amounts of dust from our saws and compaction equipment. Please take whatever precautions you feel necessary in preparing for the dust. We recommend, at a minimum, to keep all windows and doors shut.

Keep vehicles in garages or away from the construction area. And any valuable outside furniture or other belongings should be covered or brought inside.
